How To Use AILE Blood Pressure Monitor
Step 1
Slide the cuff over your left hand and up your arm, to the upper portion beyond your elbow joint.
Step 2
Keeping your arm out straight, ensure the cuff passes your elbow crease by roughly 2 to 3cm (0.8-1.2in)
Step 3
You should be able to insert two fingers in the gap between the cuff and your arm (allowing the cuff to inflate in operation).
Step 4
Sit straight and keep the cuff at the same level as your heart. Press the “START/ STOP” button and the device will automatically inflate the cuff around your arm and take measurements, which will be clearly displayed on the screen.
